Setgraph LLC ("we") publishes the Casino Analytics app ("App"). This Policy explains what information the App handles.
Summary. The App is local-first. Your sessions, bankrolls, notes, locations, and backups stay on your device. We do not operate a backend that receives your data. We do not run ads, analytics, or tracking. The narrow exceptions are below.
Everything you enter into the App — sessions, wagers, bankrolls, transactions, notes, saved casinos and card rooms, custom game types, and .cabackup exports — is stored locally in the App's private database. We do not receive or store it.
You control this data directly: you can view, edit, export, and delete it from within the App. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
The App requests location permission only when you tap "Use my current location" while saving a casino or card room. If you grant permission, your coordinates are saved to that entry on your device. We do not receive them. The App never uses location in the background. You can revoke the permission in your device settings.
u.expo.dev (operated by Expo in the United States) for a newer JavaScript bundle. That request includes your IP address and standard HTTP metadata. It does not include any of your session data. See https://expo.dev/privacy..cabackup file to iCloud, Google Drive, email, or any other service, that service receives it. Their handling is outside our control.The App is for adults of legal gambling age. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your data is protected by the device-level protections your operating system provides. No system is perfectly secure — keep your device locked and your backups safe. Because we do not receive your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our servers.
Because your data stays on your device, you exercise most privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, export) directly in the App. If you are in California, the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with additional rights, you may contact us about the limited technical data described in Section 3 (primarily the IP address your device sends to Expo's update server). We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
